Need help with post title glitch

Hi there,

First of all thank you to however helps me with this small issue. When I write a post everything works as it should except when I view my post the following is displayed below the post title:

(POST TITLE: THE SPRUCE FOR SALE IN PEBBLE BROOKE)
May 19, 2009 by Nathan Cross · Leave a Comment (Edit) <=== problem area

when I click on my name I get not found, 404 error. Do I need to create some type of Author page and if so how do I do that?
