Please help Metro theme not working

Hi All

I'm asking around again if anyone can help basically when I activate the metro theme I get some error message, John Flynn has kindly shown me some suggestions and mentioned it may be a functions prob and've tried his recommendations but I still have a problem http://www.blogdesign4u.com/blog I'd really like to get this theme working.
