Managing Blog Subscribers

Hi all,

This is not a Metric specific question, but what the heck, you guys rock and can probably give me good advice.

There are several subscriber plugins for WP, but I'd like to find something that plays well with the Metric theme.

My requirements are simple-ish, I would like:

• User must signup to post comments
• User provides first name, last name, email address
• All Subscribers are emailed notice of each blog post and subsequent comments (digest option would be cool)
