Need Help in Formatting Error on Single Post

Hi-
Need help in solving problem with sizing. From my home page, http://eveneyesspeak.com/, when I click on an image from Featured bottom section or the other featured contents, which takes me to the individual post, the "Tag" and "You can use an image add, Google AdSense code, etc" is all jacked up.
When I go to the specific category which shows all posts, I have no issues, http://eveneyesspeak.com/category/featured-events, other than I don't want the "tag" line to be displayed.
1) How do I delete "tags" from category view with all posts?
2) How do I delete "tag" and "You can use an image add, Google AdSense code, etc" from showing up when an individual post is viewed?
