Replacing Featured Gallery with Video

I'd like to get rid of the featured gallery and replace it with a feature video.. much like the tubular theme. However, it will only be 1 video and the rest of the front page will be posts.

I like the streamline theme much better than the tubular. Any suggestions on how to easily replace this with a featured video?
