Footer widget problem in 3.0 with WP 2.7.1

OK, everything looked fine/worked in Streamline 2.1, but when I switched over to 3.0 this morning, the footer widgets do not appear correctly in the footer at all. The text is there, but they appear as a bulleted list, are hard to read, and the hyperlink color is wrong.

I haven't edited footer.php at all other than to add the word "Compilation" before the copyright symbol.

How do I fix this or restore the footer to its. 2.1 appearance?
