Theme Freezes & Stalls

It's not happening now, but a time or two each day, the theme just freezes up and does nothing. For example, if I click on the About Us page, it attempts to go but freezes. The body of the page remains white while the header area loads up.

And then a few hours later, it's working like normal.

I don't think I have revnews 3 version, I might have the version before it... would this cause that too happen? Where would I get revnews 3 from?

Any ideas would be appreciated!
