Default How to Unlink a Page in Nav Bar

I want a particular page in the nav bar to be unclickable but it sub-pages to be clickable.
Example:
Resources (main page, no parent) Unclickable
Red Page (sub-page,parent page Resources) Clickable
Blue Page (sub-page,parent page Resources) Clickable
Yellow Page (sub-page,parent page Resources) Clickable

How do I do this? Thanks in advance
