Lifestyle Theme Broken!

Lifestyle Theme Broken!

I installed a number of plugins and my Lifestyle theme got all broken up. The themes I installed were:

- Blog control (to add ad server codes and Google Adsense-Analytics hookup at the header, and at the footer Google Analytics, Kontera and Quantcast codes). I have deleted the plugin as this is the plugin I last installed and configured before Lifestyle broke
- Amazon Widgets
- Better Thumbnails
- Google XML sitemap

How do I put back the Lifestyle theme? Help please. Thanks
