Help with Removing Black Background in headings

Hi All :)

I cannot seem to remove the black background coming up when i do a header please.
Example: http://globalshop247.com/2009/06/realty ... vertising/ Has a heading and I dont like the black background, it is also happening on the sitemap page and looks awful.

Also, (to save time with seperate questions :) ), how do you get pictures to show up on each featured post
on the front page please?

Could someone also point out a thread explaining how to setup the Featured Content with images for again, the front page.
