Breadcrumb Customizing

I'd like to customize my breadcrumbs for the existing Music theme I am using. Right now it says "Archive by category 'Category Name' and I would like to change that statement to something else. I've looked at the breadcrumb plugin code but reluctant to change anything since I dont explicitly see where to do this. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me konw. THanks.
