Need to be able to download the theme again

Hi there,

I purchased the Studio Theme a while ago and accidentally deleted part of my functions.php code, so now I'm not able to log in or see my site at all.

I've emailed support with my receipt TWICE and have not gotten a response. My site has been down for almost a month now and I really need it to have it back up and running.

Does anyone know how I can get a hold of someone so I can download my theme again? I don't understand why there's a limit of 120 hours when you first download and after that you're not able to download anymore.
