Homepage disappears - Changing Blog Address

Homepage disappears - Changing Blog Address

I have set up both Wordpress address and Blog address to be http://www.womenhomebusiness.com/wordpress

I tried to change my blog address to only http://www.womenhomebusiness.com but my wordpress homepage disappears

My questions are:

1 - Can I change my wordpress blog address?
2 - How can I do that while making sure that the homepage does not disappear?
