I need an estimate to upgrade from wp 2.3!!!!

Can you guys give me an estimate to handle upgrading my wordpress 2.3 to 2.8?

The template is the original Revolution (first version...do I get an "early adopter" discount...heheheh)

With the following plugins:

Askimet
All in One Seo,
Enforce WWW. preference
google xml maps
nextgen gallery
secure and accessible php contact form
the excerpt reloaded
wp-email

I customized the site myself and continue to maintain it but I just don 't have the time (or balls) to jump into a project like this.

My site is currently on Page 1 of google for all the main keywords for Belize real estate and it would be a disaster for me if the site were to implode due my inexperience at upgrading.

If the upgrade is not feasible, ie would cause more problems than it's worth, just let me know.
