Hi Team StudioPress
This
not-for-profit organization targeting support for start-up entrepreneurs is using the Corporate theme, and over the last year has "thrown together" some decent content: about 150 pages and over 500 blog posts.
1. Their target users find it difficult to search the site and find relevant content. The WordPress native Site Search function delivers awful results. Is there a way to beef up Site Search, more accurate, and using more powerful multi-dimensional search (as in Google's Advanced Search)? Is there a plug in that StudioPress would recommend?
2. We thought of organizing content by categories and subcategories, but categories in WordPress only cover posts, not pages. Any suggestions on how we can categorize both posts and pages?
I've seen some neat categorization and multi-dimensional search features on other "larger" websites, but they were custom coded. Any insights on tools that would work with WordPress and Genesis would be much appreciated!!
Cheers - Axel
