Which is the best mobile theme for delivering online course?

I'm planning to deliver a 4 day online course using Genesis and need help in choosing a child theme. I've already purchased Premise, which will allow me to create a landing page and setup membership options.

The course will contain a mix of video, audio, downloadable pdf's and user interaction via commenting. On the front page, I plan to have an introductory video. Underneath, there will be 4 graphics, labelled day 1 - 4, each of which will lead to the relevant day of the course.

Each subpage of the site, will contain a vertical subnav and another column containing the main content - video, audio etc, with commenting facility.

I would also like the layout to be simple, as the focus will be on the content.

Any ideas as to which is the best mobile responsive theme for this type of content?
