Place a banner ad outside of the main container

on my site; http://www.stephanieburwood.com
I would like to place a banner vertical banner ad outside of the main container <viewable on ALL pages>. ideally with data ad feeder or some such...not sure where to put it, or the code..

it should/would sit on the left side.
