Help upgrading forum account after genesis purchase

Hello, I've purchased both Genesis and 2 themes, yet when I try to access my CP upgrade feature, each time I add the transaction ID it tells me there is nothing found. Can you please get this corrected so I will be able to access the forums for the themes that I need support for?
