Social media question

Is there a way that the social media icons can go along with my posts when Feedburner picks up my posts and sends it out? The retweet icon does but not the Twitter, Facebook, etc. At the end of Seth Godin's e-mails, he has the Facebook Like icon, in addition to a G+ (Google+), LinkedIn, Pinterest and Twitter. Anyone have any idea what he is using?

Right now, I am using a stupid method (one that I can't change easily):
