Unique Titles for Property Photos

Unique Titles for Property Photos

I would like be able to give a unique title to each one of my property photos. I realize that this will take some hacking, but I'm up for it. My site is : http://www.zihuabeachrental.com/

And I would like my titles to change on each photo on my "Property Pages" as they do on my "Photo Album" page. I need to put in a description for my photo and I think knowing how to do this would also be helpful to many others that are trying to "sell" via description of the photo.
