Where can I find "Add Custom Field"?

Hi,

This might be a bit silly but I can't seem to find the "Add Custom Field" button in my new page and post. Do I need to install a plugin for this?

I only have Custom Body Class and Custom Post Class.

Any help would much appreciated!
