Trying to move body down 700px on agentpress

Trying to move body down 700px on agentpress

Hello!

I'm new at working with wordpress, and I'm trying to modify my blog page to have an alternate dynamic header. I just need the body to be moved about 700px down so that the #wrapper stops down there and allows new content to fall in above.

I just can't figure out how to do this with genesis/agentpress. I've modified the style.css file for agentpress and nothing seems to work.

As seen in photo, I just want to move the content container down. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
