Graphic Design Not Displaying On Site

As of a few days ago, we are no longer able to see any of the graphic design on our site (i.e. top of the page above the navigation bar that had our with our logo and images, gray and white design element on the sides of the pages). We have no clue what happened and can't figure out how to fix this problem. Our url is www.piertopeer.net.
