Office Theme - Featured Image Hover text?

Office Theme - Featured Image Hover text?

Hi all! I know the Office theme has been retired, but I'm hoping someone can help me out. On my install of this theme, when the mouse hovers over any of the displayed 3 images of the featured content slider, a white text bar comes up... which I would imagine should be the image title.. but mine is blank. I found someone else here using the same theme, and it was blank there as well.
