Upgrading

Hi, my apologies if this is posted elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.

I am using Streamline Version 1.0 with Wordpress 2.8 and I am wondering the procedure to upgrade to the newest version of Streamline.

I have done some revisions to the CSS and some of the templates, will I have to redo these if I upgrade?
