Online Store / Shopping cart plugin suggestions

Hello

I would like to hear some opinions on which is the best e-commerce plugin that works nicely with Genesis Framework with the exception of WP-Ecommerce. I'm looking for a free or commercial plugin that supports FedEx / UPS tracking, coupon codes, and various shipping options.

I would appreciate any suggestions you might have.
