how do you get the Search box in Editor?

I know it exists as I've seen it on a video but I cant recall what command you use to call up the Search box inside Editor

I'm trying to find where to adjust the font for the Block Quote

I'm using Balance and have made the font more realistic on the pages but the block quote is still appearing very large

Its a lovely theme, just needed more adjustments than most I work with at SP
