Broke my website

Hello,
I initially installed WP to a folder /blog.

I then moved the index.php to the root, and all was fine, but having trouble redirecting old website (not WP files) to new pages in WP. (this is really a separate issue but noting so you get the picture).

I just went into Settings > General and removed /blog from the WP URL and everything came down. I cannot get into the dashboard to do anything either.

Where do i go from here to rectify the problem?
