Document Titles Not Showing up

Hello,
I don't know when or how this happened, but my document titles are not showing up in the browser window. It used to show the page title in the browser window and now it is not showing anything unless I manually put the information in the "Theme SEO Setting" "Custom Document Title".

I am using Genesis 1.8.0 and the Church Child Theme.

Can anyone help me with this?
