Featured Content Gallery not fully loading

I posted earlier then deleted the post as my client reported that he could view the FCG on his website I am working on from his workplace computer.

Now he has gone home and rang me to say he now can't see it fully, the same as my own IE (Vista) the galler is not fully loading.

There is one of those little error triangles on the page and when I click it, this is the error that is displayed:



Can anyone suggest what I can do to solve this. I have used FCG on Lifestyle before and it worked fine then and I am sure I have all the settings done correctly this time, in fact I must have them set right for my client to have viewied it correctly earlier in the day.
