Which theme would be best?

Which theme would you recommend to build a website like this template monster theme at:
http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/35803.html?

I would like to include the slider it uses in the header. Would I be able to add this to a Genesis theme if I bought the monster template?

It's a dreamweaver tempate that comes with PSD files.
