Purchased Elsa Child Theme from Studio Press Developer

Hello!

I purchased a beautiful child theme from StudioPress Developer Rebecca Gill because I wanted to use a theme as is without having to change it drastically graphically.

However, I am having trouble adjusting the header from just being in the corner to spreading it across the top of the home page.

Can you please help?
