Allow Posts on Pages

I'm building a new blog that is going extremely well, using the Agency Child Theme.

I did not realize that posting comments to a page isn't possible until someone called it to my attention a few minutes ago. Can that be changed?

Comments on my posts are not a problem. That works fine. But I don't know what to do to allow comments on that page. Any suggestions?
