Default Which is the best newsletter plugin to use/buy?

hi

I don't want to use Google's feedburner with the blog to send out the daily newsletters. Simply because I will not have the control on the users subscribing to the newsletter.

I would like to be able to send promotional emails to those who subscribe to our blog newsletter.

Paying an one time fee is perfectly ok, not expecting it to be free but must be reasonably priced. Will use it across 3-4 blogs.

http://www.benchmarkemail.com/in/ is very costly. Must work with wordpress directly.

http://www.wp-newsletter.com/en/plugin.html looks reasonable

http://tribulant.com/ - unlimited version is costly

Any pointers is appreciated

regards

Mahesh
