Upgrade to 2.8 (Revolution 2.0)

I upgraded my blog(s) to 2.8 and noticed that my side bar left and right are not "editable" as it comes up "cached". Now I am able to edit using Front Page on my computer but not using the editor in WP online (which I would kinda like to do if I am away and using my MAC). These are just too examples, my footer is the same, just giving examples of parts of my theme....

Any idea's why its doing this?? Instead of the "coding like this"
