Terrible Loading Time - Need Advice

Greetings -

My yslow score is an *E*. I didn't need yslow to tell me the loading time was terrible; people have been commenting on it. What adjustments can I make? This is awful. (The Agent demo is very fast.)

Do I have too many images in the FCG and home page? Look at all the other complaints yslow has about my site:
