Add Apostrophe to Footer Code

When I used the Genesis Footer code to edit the credits - I need to put an apostrophe

- example - Anita's

When I put the apostrophe "s" - the theme blows

When I take it out - it comes back

How can I add Anita's Whatever and use the apostrophe in the code?
