Default Upgrade Support on Forum Not Working

Just purchased ProPlus this morning, but entering my Transaction ID in CP > Upgrade Support only results in an error message of: No transaction was found for this transaction number.

Number is being entered correctly. Tried it without the "au-" as well, but same result.
