How to create grouped Property listing pages

Looking to set up a LISTINGS page which brings in the listings previews and how to do this for other pages like a Sold section. I have Agent Press 2.0 and Genesis theme. I have the listings created - just need to pull them into certain pages as per their status, bedrooms, residential/commercial, etc
