Single Post Persolization

Hi,

I'd like to personalize a single post.

The default configuration is post - 468x60 Ads Block - Comments

I'd like to insert a information request form instead of 468x60 Ads Block - Comments.

I don't find the page or the file to control this. Usually i can find it in the file single.php

Please give me the file where i can control it?
