Yoast recommends no indexing the sub-pages so you never land on the second, third, etc page of a post from search engines:
"...which makes the subpages of those archives be noindex, follow by default. So you'll never land on page 2 of an archive on my site from the search engines." SEO Question: I feel like I am going to lose a lot of content that could and should be indexed if I noindex subpages. This dilemma forces me to question whether or not to split the post into several pages. What are your thoughts? Are there ways around this? |
