A repeating footer

Default A repeating footer
I have been customizing a site using the allure theme.

The site is here http://www.orangevillerealtors.com. I am still in the middle of development so that is a rough site - my problem is this:

I didn't notice this on any of my browsers but a coworker of mine spotted that the footer oh this website is repeating in his browser - like the footer repeats itself until the bottom of the page.

I havent touched the footer file...but I have played around with the home.php a bit - I removed the homepageright section basically...that has to be the reason I am guesing - I tried removing less of it etc...a bunch of different things but it either kept the footer repeating or broke my sidebar.

Anyone run into something like this before?
