Widget Header as Link

Here's a conversation I have been having with the developer of the Tweetable plugin:
Basically, I am trying to get the widget title to serve as a link to my Twitter page. The developer says this is possible and that I just need to use html in the title. I tried this, but the link will not take me out of my own site, as you can see in my response below. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks! -Dan

It doesn't seem to want to get out of the internal site. I made sure to put the http:// (in this case, I put CEF on Twitter but when I click the link it goes instead to http://02d7575.netsolhost.com/cef/%5C%2 ... ing/%5C%22, which obviously get me a page not found message. Any ideas?

You should be able to put HTML in the widget title box. So just put Me on Twitter! or something of the like.
