Big time Seo issues

I just used http://www.seositecheckup.com/ to check wander-argentina.com which uses Lifestyle classic . I have not tinkered with anything for a while but there seems to be some serious problems, which is probably why we've been getting less traffic.

It says that my page is missing meta-description and keyword tags . I thought this had to do with the All in one SEO plugin as it seems to be a common problem, but I turned it off and still don't see them.

It also says I am missing a robot.txt file and a site.xml file (although you can see it in my footer). It also says uncompressed HTML size is over the average web page HTML size of 32 kb (I started reading up on using cloudflare is this what other folks do?) It says I'm not caching pages too, although I am using the W3 plugin.

I am quite dejected as I've worked very hard on the site but it doesn't make enough to pay someone to fix these problems. I know that folks suggest switching to genesis framework but I think that will be quite an undertaking for me. Can anyone offer links to other threads about these issues or advice of where to get started in order to address this, pretty please?
