How to create a wordpress template including Plugins, predefined Settings etc ??

Hello everybody,

I was looking for a way to create a template "package" for installation on 3rd Party Sites including:
- a custom theme
- predefined settings
- plugins

So there would only site title, description and some minor adjustements to make to have a fully configured wordpress installation.

On multiple installation this would definitely save time, plus new sites would have a quality standard, and no adjustments would be forgotten.

Do you think that's possible?
I'm really looking forward to your answers.
