Tubular Theme Support - Page Menus and YouTube Conflict

Hello,

My site is http://wifibaby.net.

I tried to find a section for Tubular but posting here. I have been using the Tubular theme, have upgraded to the most recent version of Wordpress but have a conflict with YouTube on Explorer.

On Safari, Firefox and using Safari on iOS (I don't know if that makes a difference) you can go to the dropdown page menus on our homepage and the go OVER the YouTube company video. If you use Explorer they go UNDER the YouTube video.

I have once used the old embed code of YouTube and then switched to new as it used to cause a conflict with Safari on iOS. Now with using the new embed code the only conflict seems to be with Explorer. Any solution for this?
