Genesis Simple Hooks Crashed Site after Upgrade

Default Genesis Simple Hooks Crashed Site after Upgrade
I just upgraded my OakvilleChitChat.com site to the latest Wordpress version and it seems the simple hooks plugin has crashed my system.

The following message displays:

Fatal error: Class 'Genesis_Admin_Boxes' not found in /home/oakvill2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/genesis-simple-hooks/admin.php on line 13


I saw a few other threads that looked like a similar problem so I upgraded Genesis manually and deleted this simple hooks plugin completely but I still get the error.Any idea how to fix this issue.
