I think you've done a good job, site looks nice and the header image works really well.
I think the main area that needs focus is the sharing widget on the left, it doesn't quite seem to work. I know these are usually hard to style effectively due to the code that is output but I think currently it detracts from the rest of the site.
Also, try floating some of the images in the pages left or right rather than all centred with lots of white space around them.
There seems to be an inconsistent use of fonts and colours on the homepage, maybe you're just trying to highlight important stuff but it looks a little bit messy.
I really like the output for the board of directors, are you using a plugin to manage this output?

Hi Chris, Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my site.
It is my very first website using WordPress as well Genesis Framework and I struggled a lot but same time I learned also many things.
I'm agreed with you about the inconsistency of fonts and colors on home page. Still learning css and finally figured out how to use span style inside the post and pages. I have improved with my colors and fonts a lot while working on another site. I will post that soon some time.
I'm glad that you like the header image and output for the board of directors. To accomplish that I created separate post for each member then placed altogether on a page using "Widgets on page" to display the feature posts.
Thank you again. Your feedback is very helpful and appreciated.
