Hello,
I had this question before but it was not resolved so if someone could please help me step-by-step, I would really appreciate it!
I created a custom button ("Book Mila Diamond") that I need to place BETWEEN Home Top 1 and Middle Top 1 in Enterprise child theme. The challenge is that when I put the code in the Text widget of the Middle Top 1, it places it INSIDE the Middle Top 1. AND I get the same result if I place it in the Simple hooks...
A note (don't know if it has any effect on this): I modified the Home Top 1 area to be transparent to show the background image instead of opaque widget background.Please help! Thank you!

.home-middle { position: relative; } .download { position: absolute; top: 43%; left: 43%; }
This works reasonably well for most screen sizes. If you want to improve on this, I would recommend using a theme with a responsive design, such as Enterprise Pro - just one of hundreds available.
I'd actually recommend that anyway 🙂 - especially since you're just getting started with this site design. For just a few dollars you can have a much better web site that readers will appreciate on all device sizes, has better SEO, etc. If you're shopping for a new design, see the link in my .sig.

I was under the impression that I got Enterprise Pro child theme... A few years ago, I purchased Genesis/StudioPress Pro unlimited license. How can I tell that I'm not using the Pro child theme? Also, I made quiet a few changes to the .css and configuration/setup. Will I lose all of it if I change the theme?
Thanks again! I very much appreciate your help!!!

Your site is using an older version of Enterprise. The style is a giveaway, plus the detail provided by they stylesheet and page HTML markup.
The Pro version was launched 1/13/2014. I'm not certain if your prior purchase includes an upgrade to Pro. Look in your downloads area @ StudioPress.com. Older themes are linked under the archive link at the bottom of the downloads page. A quick query to http://my.studiopress.com/help/ will clear up any questions.
Some - possibly all - of the configuration will be lost but you will gain much more. You're building a business tool that will generate revenue so an evening or so to catch up with a modern theme is a good foundation for your web presence.

I actually have the Pro Plus unlimited lifetime package and have enterprise-pro.zip in my downloads directory from June 30, 2014 when I started working on this new site. I just uploaded it (again I think) in my WordPress.
I have no idea how in the world a basic enterprise theme ended up in my WordPress... Thanks for pointing it out, Tom! What a mystery and a headache. No wonder I struggle to customize it. I hope that the Pro version will be more flexible.
Thanks again!
