Hi All,
After struggling with the responsive design elements on the outreach theme, I finally took them out and am trying to just get the site at http://fullfitnessfusion.com to look the same on the ipad as it does in other browsers. However, even setting the width of the .wrap to 100% doesn't fix the problem (in some ways, it makes it worse. I would so appreciate any tips on this. Thanks! Rana
April 7, 2013 at 11:45 am #33739SusanModeratorHi - I just checked your site on my iPad, and it looks fine. Please let me know if you are still having issues.

April 7, 2013 at 12:29 pm #33749hophead99MemberSeriously - 5 weeks later!!!
I had commented on the original message as I was having the same problems - I eventually gave up and switched responsiveness off!!
For some reason my comments do not now show up here, although I have received your VERY Late response.
I mean, if you can't be bothered responding to queries, do you really expect people to live with the problem for 5 weeks before someone responds?? - People move on...or is that what you're hoping for..I used to enjoy the old forum and the quick response of individuals to issues. Having bought into the Genesis culture and invested my money in Studiopress and bought all themes, you would expect more of a proactive response to members queries...
This new forum, is just that - not support just a forum - where do I go to get good quick support - answer that please - and I would appreciate a quick response not a sluggish, pointless 5 week delay...

@hophead - was that comment directed to me personally? I, and 99% of the people who provide responses here are volunteers. We don't work for StudioPress. We help out where we can. I just happened to be on the forum this morning looking through old threads to see if people still had outstanding issues, to offer assistance, albeit belated, if they still have an issue. In this case, I wasn't seeing an issue with the site mentioned.April 7, 2013 at 1:51 pm #33771Andrea RennickMember"where do I go to get good quick support"
*Official* support is in the help desk. When you are logged in to http://my.studiopress.com/ click the large "Get Help" link on the right menu.
Note we do not give out custom code in help desk and sometimes you will be directed to the forums here.

April 7, 2013 at 3:28 pm #33791AnitaKeymaster....Also note this is at the very top of the Main Forum Page where you log in:
"Official support for StudioPress themes is offered exclusively through the My StudioPress member area. Responses in this forum are not guaranteed. "
Please don't be rude. As you were so nice to point out -
"This new forum, is just that – not support just a forum"
You're right - it's a FORUM....

April 7, 2013 at 5:32 pm #33812hophead99MemberOK OK - My words may have been a little harsh, but I don't believe particularly rude.
My apologies to Susan who may have taken my comments personally, which they were not - YOU was meant in a plural sense. My intention was not to cause offense, but possibly to provoke a reaction - I still think 5 weeks is an incredible length of time for a response - but hey, if responses are not guaranteed then I now know why - that was something I was not aware of. I'll stick to the members area from now on. I have no idea how much information you guys have to deal with, and I do appreciate the participation on these forums to those who give their time freely.
I am, however, hugely impressed by the response time to my comments!
Thank you
I consider myself truly chastised, and perhaps a little embarressed!!April 8, 2013 at 5:18 am #33930Andrea RennickMemberThat is honestly the most gracious apology I have ever seen. 🙂 That was a nice start to my Monday.

April 8, 2013 at 6:18 am #33934AnitaKeymasterI agree Andrea. Now to the problem - if you haven't fully resolved your issue, please copy and paste in your @media (mobile) settings in here so we can take a look at your code.

April 8, 2013 at 6:32 am #33938hophead99MemberThanks for getting back to me Andrea, however I switched from Outreach to Metric and just dumped the whole idea of using Outreach, which really was causing huge problems on ipad and iphone and even on computer view. If I ever return to using Outreach and come against this issue again - which I suspect I might - I'll deal with it through the members area (My Studiopress)..
Thanks.
Issue not presently, partly or fully resolved..
April 8, 2013 at 6:37 am #33940SusanModeratorThanks for the apology, @hophead99
